HUSTLECARD

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

Acceptance

By creating a HustleCard account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use HustleCard.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to create a HustleCard account. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Employer accounts require users to be at least 18 years old.

If we become aware that an account has been created by someone under 16, we will terminate the account and delete any associated data in accordance with applicable law, including COPPA.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits is not permitted.

Acceptable use

HustleCard is for legitimate side hustle and freelance work. You may not use HustleCard to post false earnings, impersonate others, harass other users, distribute spam, or post illegal content. Profiles found in violation will be removed without notice.

Content

You own the content you post. By posting it on HustleCard you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it as part of operating the service. Profile photos are moderated for inappropriate content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

Free vs Pro

The free tier is provided as-is with no guarantees of uptime or feature availability. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Changes to the Service

HustleCard may update, add, or remove features over time. We will provide reasonable notice before making any changes that affect currently free functionality or paid plans.

Employer Disclaimer

HustleCard does not verify academic credentials, professional certifications, formal employment history, or the accuracy of self-reported earnings. Profiles represent independent individuals who may or may not hold college degrees or formal qualifications — this platform is built on the premise that skills and results matter more than credentials.

Employers and clients using HustleCard to find talent are solely responsible for:

  • Conducting their own due diligence before entering any working arrangement
  • Verifying legal work eligibility and age requirements in their jurisdiction
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable labour, employment, and contractor laws
  • Independently verifying any credentials, qualifications, or claims made by users

HustleCard is not a party to any agreement between employers and hustlers and accepts no liability for disputes, damages, or losses arising from such arrangements.

Limitation of liability

HustleCard is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of HustleCard after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
